It was fun and innocent, a time of discovery for both of us. We lived with her family in Croydon for a bit, and at my mother’s in New York. ‘We modelled together, travelled together. So began a relationship that lasted two years, during which the pair were inseparable.

‘We hung out all night,’ recalls Sorrenti, ‘until we fell asleep on the grass in Hyde Park.’ This was Sorrentis personal ode to his former girlfriend and muse Kate Moss.
